    Responsibilities

    SCOPE OF WORK:

     

    • This position engages in the important day-to-day operations of the office.  
    • The incumbent is a "Front Line Representative" for the company as well as being the first person of contact that a caller or customer may have with our company either by phone or at our front desk.  
    • The image of the Customer Service Representative projects a direct reflection of our organization and how we do business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Presents a polished and professional image and manages the welcoming front desk, its processes, and systems with confidence.
    • Greeting (voice image) should convey warmth, both in person and over the phone.  
    • Ability to balance daily activities with ease and establish a good rapport with frequent visitors so they feel welcome and important.  
    • In addition, responds to mail and/or telephone inquiries/ complaints regarding organizational products and services.  
    • It is very important that the position knows how to properly respond to a client issue or a company emergency.

     

    Qualifications

    WHAT YOU OFFER

    • EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent studies
    • SKILLS: Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and computer skills.  Must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Also, must be detail oriented, friendly, cheerful, professional and courteous to co-workers, customers, and vendors.
