    Responsibilities

    Scope of Work

    • The Director of Workforce Management is a key strategic and leadership position focused on staff planning and effective resource placement for construction jobs throughout the country.
    • All efforts are relative to development and support of performance expectations, which drive project delivery for Gaylor Electric.
    • Critically essential to this position is the ability to develop a team of professionals skilled at assessing and addressing operational necessities within, on a near and long-term basis. Support extends to all construction sites.

    Responsibilities

    • This position is responsible for managing a team driving the forecasting, scheduling and staffing processes and activities across multiple clients
    • Leading a growing Workforce Management team in developing and maintaining forecasting tools/systems, focused on strategic workforce planning

    • Developing reports on volume and patterns, staff productivity and resource allocation

    • Presenting trend reports to senior management to assist in organizational development

     

    Qualifications

    WHAT YOU OFFER

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Experience: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Workforce Management within the construction industry.
